Lodge First Floor
There is one room on the first floor at the The Cooperstown Baseball Lodge. It has two queen beds and a twin bed plus private bathroom with shower. This room has cable TV, A/C and a mini-frig.
If rented alone, it rents for $1,200/week.
When rented in combination with another rental, it rents for $1,000/week.

The entire second floor can be rented for $6,500/week.
Each of these rooms have a private bathroom, cable tv and A/C.
Room 6A shares a bathroom with either Room 5 or 6 so it works for a bigger family.
All rooms open onto a common area that has a sofa, chairs, computer area with WiFi, mini- kitchen, table and chairs.
This is a great place to congregate. The deck on the first floor overlooking the lake is great, also.

The entire third floor can be rented for $3,500/week.
Each room has cable TV. Rooms 10, 11, and 12 have A/C. Rooms 13 and 14 are lake side with huge windows and do not have A/C. There also is a very comfortable living room, dining area and mini-kitchen area on this floor plus a balcony that overlooks the lake and has a staircase from the outside if you prefer not to go through the second floor to get to the third floor.
Cottage by the Lake
The cottage sleeps 10 and has three bedrooms. It is most comfortable for six adults with children but will work for 10 adults. On the second floor, the master bedroom has a king size bed. There is a bathroom also on this floor with a large soaking tub plus a washer/dryer. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms each with 2 double beds. The galley kitchen, sitting area and another full bathroom with a shower are also on the first floor.
The Cottage rents for $2,400/week.
The Cooperstown Baseball Lodge
A historic hotel that has 23 rooms- all with private bathrooms, a huge living/dining room/kitchen that is located in the village of Richfield Springs,
about a mile and one-half north of the The Cooperstown Baseball Lodge.
It is a very interesting property.
*Guests at the Hotel receive a
$4/day food/drink voucher
at the The Cooperstown Baseball Lodge.
*The Hotel is NOT on the Lake, however guests at the hotel
have use of the grounds at the The Cooperstown Baseball Lodge.
Weekly Rates:
One queen bed- $700/wk.
One queen bed and one twin bed- $800/wk.
Two queen beds- $900/wk.
Three queen beds- $1,000/wk.
Meals & Other Information
The restaurant is open everyday at 11 and serves both lunch and dinner.
It is $4 for children under 10.
There also is a coin-op washer/dryer on the first floor.
Payments
The person making the reservation is responsible for all payments,
it is difficult to accept individual payments from each person in your group.
Please arrange to send one payment or use one credit card.
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to reserve your arrival date.
A deposit of at least half the total cost of your package is
due within two weeks of your reservation any remaining balance on the cost of your package must be paid in full by April 15.
Any reservations made after April 15 must make an initial deposit of at least
half the total cost of your package and pay in full within two weeks
of the day you placed your reservation.
We accept personal checks , Master Card, and Visa.
No other forms of payment will be accepted.
Things to Note
No refunds will be issued on canceled group reservations.
No exceptions. We regret that we have to insist on this policy, however, due to the large number of rooms being reserved a cancellation would make it impossible to rebook.
